Returns Policy

At Bang on Brows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as our products are cosmetic and personal care items, we must adhere to strict hygiene guidelines.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to offer a refund for a change of mind, provided the item meets the following criteria:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and the seal is completely intact.

  • The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, tested, or used, unless it is faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or demonstrates a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if items are damaged in transit.

  • We may ask for a photo of the fault/damage to speed up the process.

  • For faulty items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. How to Return

  1. Email our team at info@bangonbrows.com.au with your Order Number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package.

  3. For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
